Zig Zag Licensed Cafe is owned and operated by Brett Deverall.
While operating another business in the Northern districts of
Sydney, they saw an opportunity for a unique dining experience
in the North Ryde/Marsfield area. Hence, Zig Zag Licensed Cafe
was established.
Zig Zag Licensed Cafe creates a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Great food is available for Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch and Dinner
time. The friendly staff can explain the menu (and Tapas concept)
and will ensure your dining experience will be fondly remembered.
Brett's brings to Zig Zag Licensed Cafe extensive experience
in fine dining restaurants in London, Paris, Perth and Sydney.
Most recently, he was Executive Chef at Sails on Lavender Bay
and Mezzaluna Restaurant at Potts Point. Brett now creates the
cafe's distinctive cuisine, utilising the freshest of ingredients.
